Turning Bed Into A Gym Room

Well..not exactly, since there's still bed and all *haha*, but really, if you enter my room which is a slim chance, all you see would be all these work-out equipments. I usually don't have second thought, well, make it fifth thought, in buying work-out things since I know how beneficial it is in aiding my plan to putting off some weight, my long-life plan *haha*. Of course, before I'm going to buy some thing, I gather the pros and cons of any particular work-out thing I'm targeting. The latest equipments I bought last week was Orbicycle and E-Plus Slimming Belt.

The reason I write this in my blog is for you to see what's the best work-out equipments suit you and your everyday life. Hehehe kira advertising jua lh ni:

1) E-Plus Slimming Belt

It's the best one since you don't have to move a single muscle to slim down those flabs, haha I think so lh. You just have to plug it in, sit down, lay on bed, watch tv, anything at all, and with a push of a button, this belt will menggoncang dan menggegarkn your flabs, either your tummy, your butt or your thigh.

2) Orbicycle

Or Elliptical Cycle or Stepper haha I forgot. Just call it whatever you want. It works wonder on the butt and thigh and knees because it feels like you are climbing a stair.



3) Bouncer

Like its name, you only have to bounce on it. It works on your heart beat and of course your legs. Work best with background music.

4) Aowa Massage Board

Hehehe I don't know what you called this thing, I just made up the name. It works as a double equipment. You can just stand on the shaking board alone, or you can also use the attached belt on your waist, butt or your back. it is an electronic massage board. hehe nah ada guess model lgi tu arh pic nya ah.


5) Boxing Stand

Whats more to say? It is a boxing stand, you just aim and punch. Tapi yg ku bali sritu nda tahan bh, as you can see, the head is covered pakai tuala pasal...complicatedlh kn explain hehe.

6) Cyclone

Or Spinner, this one I made the name too haha. This is the simplest equipment thus I tend to forget to use this one even though it works great the on the tummy and waist as you spin on it. I forgot to take a pic of mine, I just include one of its kind from Google.

That's all I got in my gydroom (gym+bed), I mean the work-out equipments lh. And another essential item is the stereo for spirit booster huhu unless if you kuat angan2, nda terasa tu if you are working out even without the music. The quantity of the equipments is not important but you have to have the motivation to maximize the usage of what you have got. I wish I can put off some weight with all these stuff and stop buying these sort of things again :S. Cheer off :)
